Franchise Criteria and Fee Structure

Basic Fees:

1. •Franchise Fee: $30k per store
2. •Royalty: 6% of gross revenue
3. •Advertising fund: 2% of gross revenue
4. •Approximate build out expense: $350k and up


Applicants must meet these basic requirements to be considered for a Yogurt Mountain™ franchise:

1. •Ability to positively foster and comply with Yogurt Mountain brand culture
2. •Liquid Assets around $250k
3. •Net Worth around $500k
4. •Business ownership experience and/or business management experience
5. •Employee supervision experience
6. •A heart for service and community
7. •Desire to ultimately operate multiple store units
